Recipes, innit.

Rather unexpectedly, some of you have asked about our favourites from the (149+) dishes I've cooked in the last year. Being a bit of a nerd, I've logged 'em all. We score these on a scale of 10 (which is actually 20 as we use halves as well. Yeah I don't understand either). So, applying an arbitrary rule of "the recipe must have achieved 8.5 out of 10" (well, 85% is a damn fine score to my mind), I've listed the recipes by book in the attachment below.
Now, before you all rush (amble? wander?) down to the list, it's a tad misleading in that some of the books with only a few entries on the table actually have a raft of recipes that scored 8 (Gennaro Contaldo, for example - a gem of a pasta cookbook). Others, such as Falastin I've not had chance to do much from (in Falastin's case, I've cooked four and all have scored over 8.5).
If you are interested in a particular recipe and want to know a bit more, give me a shout. I mean I suppose I should have annotated the whole lot, but some of us (me) are supposed to be getting a qualification in Canine First Aid, which ain't gonna learn itself.
Right then .... here we go .... in a PDF because I can't figure out to get it to format properly on the page. Oh to be young and savvy once more ...
